The Florida Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE) is excited to invite our members, partners, and supporters to mark their calendars for a truly historic event!
In 2027, AABE will celebrate its 50th Anniversary National Conference, commemorating five decades of advancing leadership, advocating for impactful energy policy, fostering meaningful connections, and developing the next generation of leaders in the energy industry.

For the past 50 years, AABE has served as a driving force in promoting diversity, equity, and excellence throughout the energy sector. This golden anniversary will celebrate the organization’s remarkable legacy while looking ahead to the future of innovation, leadership, and opportunity.
Las Vegas was selected as the host city following a competitive selection process, offering world-class facilities and an exciting atmosphere for what promises to be one of the most memorable conferences in AABE history.
The conference will bring together energy professionals, executives, students, policymakers, and industry leaders from across the country to celebrate AABE’s achievements and help shape the next chapter of leadership in energy.
