Who We Are

Our Impact

How It Works

Our mission is to provide leadership development, networking and volunteering opportunities for energy-related industry professionals and entrepreneurs. In addition, our mission is to fundraise and support community outreach activities that expose students to energy-related STEM projects and scholarship opportunities.

The AABE Florida Chapter members’ vision is to form strong business community partners to raise funds for programs that will spark the interest of the emerging workforce by educating young people about opportunities in the energy area. Whether through sponsorship dollars, volunteering or presenting to the students help make our vision a reality. As we continue to grow our programs, the partnerships with our sponsors are vital to the success of our programs.

The Florida Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE FL) is one of 38 active chapters in six geographic regions in the United States operating under the affiliation of the AABE National Association. AABE is an energy policy and educational organization whose members participate in every segment of the energy sector throughout the United States.
