For more than a decade, the Florida Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE) has supported Youth Energy Academy programs in communities throughout Florida, including Jacksonville, Ocala, Orlando, St. Petersburg, Gainesville, Lake Wales, and South Florida. The program helps students explore educational, technical, skilled-trade, and professional career pathways within the energy industry while helping strengthen awareness of opportunities available to the emerging workforce.
