Terri O’Neal has worked at SECO Energy since July 2024. Currently, she serves as the Community and Government Affairs Consultant. She brings extensive experience in planning, development, and local government operations, having previously served as the Planning Manager in Development Services for the City of Wildwood and as the Assistant Director of Community Development for the City of Tavares.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management.
