Queen Massaline is a Senior Community Engagement Coordinator at the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC – The Reliable One) with 20+ years in the utility industry. In her role, Massaline handles customer education and awareness efforts for the 14th largest municipal utility in the United States. This includes both employee- and customer-focused efforts.
Massaline earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
