Queen Massaline is a Senior Community Engagement Coordinator at the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC – The Reliable One). In her role, Massaline handles customer education and awareness efforts for the 14^th largest municipal utility in the United States. This includes both employee- and customer-focused efforts.

Mostly recently, Massaline has served as the logistics lead for OUC’s hurricane restoration efforts before, during and after Hurricane Irma swept the state of Florida.  These efforts were recognized by the Florida Municipal Electric Association.

Massaline earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the Nova Southeastern University.
