George Dix, Jr. is the Senior Pastor and Founder of PASSAGE Family Church and gbDix Ministries based in Gainesville, Florida.

Pastor George holds a Doctorate of Divinity degree from St. Thomas Christian University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. In addition to his local congregation, Pastor George is honored to serve as Overseer of several other established churches and Christian ministries and serves on a number community boards.

His engineering career spanned twenty-seven years leading in various managerial capacities. He has also served as the Ambassador to Italy for Rotary International, and as the International President and Executive Director of the IBM Information Systems Users’ Group.

Pastor George is a visionary, passionate educator, avid reader, kingdom builder and entrepreneur. He travels the globe and is an international speaker, leadership trainer, and mentor to other pastors and business owners. Pastor George has established multiple church campuses, six schools, a ministerial institute, and a national daily radio broadcast.

Pastor George’s greatest earthly pleasure is his wife Michele of 38 years. His greatest joy is his family and grandchildren. His most loving memory is his father, the late Elder George Dix, Sr.
