Corey Johnson is a Supervisor at Orlando Utilities Commission who believes in the power of being a change agent. He began his journey in the field by working as a Landscape Crew Chief with the City of Orlando, then 8yrs later began a new career at OUC as a Water Distribution Tech 1, than worked his way up through the ranks to his current position as the Supervisor of Meter Operations. This position is responsible for the development, recommendations and implantation of theft and safety policies, and the Meter Reading section which investigate issues associated with the AMI metering technology.
Corey has his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He mentors high school students, serves on the Mayors MLK Executive Committee, the Regional Coordinator for the AABE FL chapter, and various other committees and civic organizations. However his biggest accomplishment to date has been raising his 2 kids into responsible adults. Both of which graduated from college with their bachelor degrees and work in the community helping others to better their lives.
Corey Johnson lives in Orlando Florida and loves boating, shooting pool, and attending/watching his “favorite team” the Miami Hurricanes in his spare time.
