Berdell Knowles
Served as Government Affairs Specialist for JEA (now retired). Areas of responsibility included managing relationships with federal and state policy makers and monitoring and managing legislative and regulatory developments that impact JEA’s operations and its competitive position as a utility service provider. Previously served as Manager of Rates and Financial Planning for Gainesville Utilities. Former Economist with U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Former Adjunct Professor of Business Studies at St. Johns River State College and at Bethune-Cookman University.
Received Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Florida in 1975. Received Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida in 1980.
