FWELF Collegiate Scholarship

The purpose of the AABE Florida Chapter/Florida’s Women in Energy Scholarship is to assist African American, Hispanic, and Native American female students with the cost of pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an energy related field at an accredited college/university. This award highlights the opportunity to network with leaders, with registration fees covered, in the energy industry at the annual Florida’s Women in Energy Leadership Forum.

Duke Energy Foundation Collegiate Scholarship

The purpose of the AABE Florida Chapter/Duke Energy Foundation Collegiate Scholarship is to assist African American, Hispanic, and Native American students with the cost of pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an energy related field at an accredited college/university. Through Scholarship Programs like this, the AABE Florida in partnership with the Duke Energy Foundation seeks to help increase the number of underrepresented minorities in energy related fields. By doing so, we help our nation address a critical need and a challenge to our future economic vitality in the world market. Deadline extended to Friday, April 12th, 2024.
