The Energy Academy is designed for post-high-school students and young adults who are exploring career options. Through partnerships with AABE Florida, energy-industry professionals, educational institutions, and community organizations, participants learn about immediate entry- and mid-level employment opportunities and the education, training, and career pathways available throughout the energy industry.
Industry professionals introduce participants to a wide range of energy careers and provide information about the technical, academic, and professional skills needed to prepare for employment and advancement within the sector.
Energy Industry Experts Host STEM Focus Youth Energy Academies Across the State of Florida
For more than a decade, AABE Florida has supported Youth Energy Academy programs that introduce students to career opportunities throughout the energy industry. The academies provide hands-on learning, interaction with industry professionals, and exposure to STEM, skilled-trade, technical, and professional career pathways.
